Places to Train
You can train by going around the block, in a park, going to the store or post office. When the weather isn't agreeable walk inside a mall or the stairs of a an office building.
Managing Your Time

To manage your time during your cardio workout, you can use a simple walk away from your house for half the required time of your walk, then return to your house on the same path. For example: if you have a 10 minute walk, simply walk for 5 minutes, then turn around and follow the same path back to your start point. You should end up taking a 10 minute walk.
