Cardio Conditioning |
There are two basic types of Cardio Training - Continuous Pace and Interval Training. For the majority of novice exercises we recommend beginning with Continuous Pace Training. Upon obtaining an improved fitness level, Interval Training can be introduced. |
In our fitness programs we dictate the type of cardio training, however, we encourage the participants to add variety into their workouts, so switch it up and throw in a different cardio workout. |
